Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a booking with Making Unlimited Memories. By completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Making Unlimited Memories ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a soft play mini park hire company operating in South East London and surrounding areas, United Kingdom.
2.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
2.2 A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment and a confirmation email from the Company.
2.3 It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure all booking details (date, venue address, hire duration) are correct. Changes may be subject to availability and fees.
2.4 The Customer must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking.
2.5 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion. In such cases, any payments made will be refunded in full.
3.1 A £20 booking deposit is required to confirm a booking.
3.2 The remaining balance is due 7 days before the hire date and is paid securely online. Failure to pay the balance by this date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
3.3 We accept secure card payment via Stripe. All prices are stated in pounds sterling (GBP).
4.1 Delivery is free within our local zone (Bellingham, Beckenham, Catford, Sydenham and Bromley, plus addresses within 2 miles of these areas). Outside this zone, delivery is charged at £5 per mile.
4.2 We will provide an estimated delivery window. While we endeavour to be punctual, we cannot guarantee exact arrival times due to traffic and other factors beyond our control.
4.3 The Customer must ensure adequate access to the venue for delivery and setup. We require a minimum access width of 90cm for all equipment.
4.4 Equipment will be collected at the agreed time. If access is unavailable at collection time, a late collection fee may apply.
5.1 All equipment remains the property of Making Unlimited Memories at all times.
5.2 The Customer is responsible for the safe use of all equipment during the hire period.
5.3 Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using the equipment.
5.4 The mini park is designed for children aged 1–5. To protect the youngest guests and the equipment, children outside this age range should not use the play area.
5.5 Outdoor setups are weather-dependent. If conditions mean we cannot set up without risking people or equipment, we will contact you to discuss the options available under our Cancellation Policy.
5.6 No food, drink, face paint, or silly string is permitted on or near any hire equipment.
5.7 Equipment must not be moved from its set-up position without prior agreement from the Company.
6.1 A responsible adult must supervise children using the mini park at all times. M.U.M provides the equipment and setup; supervision remains the Customer's responsibility.
6.2 The mini park must be set up on level, clean ground clear of sharp objects or hazards.
6.3 No shoes are permitted on the play equipment.
7.1 The Customer accepts responsibility for any damage to, or loss of, equipment during the hire period caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow our usage guidelines.
7.2 Fair wear and tear is accepted. Damage beyond fair wear and tear will be charged to the Customer at replacement or repair cost.
7.3 In the event of damage, the Customer must notify us immediately and before the collection of equipment.
7.4 A refundable £100 damage deposit is authorised (held, not charged) on the card used at booking approximately 3 days before the hire date. We will email you when this hold is placed. This is only a hold, no funds are taken unless damage beyond fair wear and tear is found.
7.5 After the equipment is collected and inspected, the hold is released in full, or we capture only the amount needed to cover the damage (the remainder is released automatically).
8.1 Cancellations must be notified in writing (email to info@makingunlimitedmemories.co.uk).
8.2 Cancellation more than 14 days before the hire date: full refund including deposit.
8.3 Cancellation 7–14 days before the hire date: 50% refund; deposit is non-refundable.
8.4 Cancellation within 7 days of the hire date: no refund.
8.5 In the event of cancellation by the Company (e.g. severe weather, equipment failure), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

9.1 The Company's liability in all cases is limited to the total value of the hire booking.
9.2 We accept no liability for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of enjoyment or consequential costs).
9.3 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
