The M.U.M mini park is designed for children aged 1–5. Adult supervision is required at all times.

Weekend dates can go quickly, so book as early as you can. If your event is close, still get in touch, as last-minute availability may be possible.

Your event date, venue/postcode, whether the setup is indoors or outdoors, the approximate number and ages of children, plus any access information we should know.

Choose the M.U.M mini park, select your event date and continue through the booking journey. If your date needs manual confirmation, send us an enquiry and we will check it for you.

A £20 booking deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Cancellation refunds are handled under the cancellation policy.

We are based in South East London. Delivery is free in Bellingham, Beckenham, Catford, Sydenham and Bromley, plus addresses within 2 miles of these areas. Outside the free zone, delivery is charged at £5 per mile.

We deliver the equipment, build the mini park in the agreed space and return to collect it afterwards. We will agree access and timing with you before the event.

Setup time depends on the venue, access and selected extras. We will confirm your arrival/setup window in advance and plan to have the mini park ready before your event begins.

Yes. Halls, community venues and other suitable indoor spaces can work well. Send us the usable floor dimensions if you are unsure whether the mini park will fit.

Yes, subject to suitable ground, access and weather. Outdoor setups need a level, clean area and conditions that will not make the equipment unsafe or damage it.

Yes. M.U.M is fully insured, including public liability cover, for your peace of mind.

Yes. We clean, sanitise and inspect the equipment between hires before it goes out again.

Yes. A responsible adult must supervise children using the mini park at all times. M.U.M provides the equipment and setup; supervision remains the hirer's responsibility.

The mini park is designed for ages 1–5. To protect the little ones and the equipment, children outside the stated age range should not use the play area.

Secure card payment is processed via Stripe.

Shortly before the hire, Stripe places a temporary £100 pre-authorisation on the payment card used at booking. It is not a charge. It is released after the equipment is returned and checked, unless damage beyond fair wear and tear needs to be charged.

Yes, a PDF invoice is generated automatically with every booking and sent to your email address.

Outdoor setups are weather-dependent. If conditions mean we cannot set up without risking people or equipment, we will contact you to discuss the options available under the cancellation/rescheduling policy.

Yes. M.U.M can create an under-5 play zone for family days, community events, conferences and other organised events. Tell us the date, venue, expected number of young children and opening hours and we will provide a tailored quote.

Yes. We can provide evidence of our public liability insurance where required for a venue or event organiser.

M.U.M focuses on the mini park. We can introduce you to independent local suppliers for extras such as balloons, backdrops, LEDs and mascots. Their services are booked separately.
